Part receptionist, part assistant to the management. The friendly face up front, and a steady hand behind it.
You are the friendly face at the front of IMOS, and a steady hand for the management behind it. The role is simple and light by design: nothing heavy, nothing technical, just reliable support that keeps the office and the day running.
Reception and front desk: welcome investors and guests, answer the door, set a warm and professional tone.
Calls, WhatsApp and emails, answered promptly and politely.
Calendars, meeting rooms and hospitality for visits and appointments.
Everyday office admin: supplies, deliveries, and keeping the space tidy and stocked.
Light assistant support for the management: small errands and simple tasks that take work off their plate.
A warm, presentable and professional manner. You represent the brand at the door.
Fluent English. Arabic or German is a strong plus.
Organised and reliable. You keep on top of the small things.
Friendly and proactive. You like helping people and being the go-to person.
Comfortable with everyday tools: email, calendar and WhatsApp.
Some reception, hospitality or front-office experience. A plus, not a must.
Dubai residency and a valid UAE driver's license.
Experience supporting a manager or a team.
