Marketing Manager / Assistant

Be the operator the CEO builds marketing with — not a manager who delegates.

Overview

This is a hybrid role: half marketing manager, half marketing-operating assistant to Savvas. You ship campaigns with your own hands — Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, funnels, creative briefs, design iterations. You think strategy, then execute it. No middlemen.

What you own
  • Meta Ads and Google Ads — setup, creative, optimization, reporting.

  • Landing pages and funnels — brief, build, iterate, ship. Webflow and Next.js.

  • Creative pipeline — ads, stories, reels, static images. You write and design the first pass yourself.

  • Basic design work — Figma, Canva, light Photoshop. Nothing heavy, but not helpless.

  • Work directly with Savvas — you are his second pair of hands in marketing.

What you bring
  • Marketing experience running paid campaigns — Meta and Google, both.

  • You have shipped landing pages end-to-end. You know what converts.

  • Design fundamentals — typography, layout, restraint. You can spot bad design.

  • Fluent English. German is a plus.

  • Operator mindset — you do the thing, you don't just write briefs.

Bonus
  • Experience with Webflow, Framer or Next.js

  • Background in real estate, luxury or financial services marketing

  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Descript, Premiere)
