Turn our marketing leads into 2–4 closed deals per month after ramp.

Represent IMOS with developers — Emaar, Sobha, Avenew, Nakheel and beyond.

Stay current on Dubai market data, off-plan launches, legal frameworks.

Real estate sales experience — anywhere in the world. Dubai is a plus, not a requirement.

Fluent German AND fluent English. Both are mandatory.

You actually close. Show us numbers, not war stories.

You understand the difference between selling apartments and structuring wealth.

Calm under pressure. Clean follow-up. No drama.
