Real Estate Agent

Close deals for German-speaking investors buying into Dubai.

Overview

You are the front line. You talk to serious investors every day — founders, doctors, family offices — and guide them from first call to signed SPA. You don't pitch. You advise. You know when to say no.

What you own
  • Run 20–40 qualified investor conversations per month, end to end.

  • Build and defend your own pipeline in Close CRM with discipline.

  • Turn our marketing leads into 2–4 closed deals per month after ramp.

  • Represent IMOS with developers — Emaar, Sobha, Avenew, Nakheel and beyond.

  • Stay current on Dubai market data, off-plan launches, legal frameworks.

What you bring
  • Real estate sales experience — anywhere in the world. Dubai is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Fluent German AND fluent English. Both are mandatory.

  • You actually close. Show us numbers, not war stories.

  • You understand the difference between selling apartments and structuring wealth.

  • Calm under pressure. Clean follow-up. No drama.

Bonus
  • Existing DACH investor network

  • RERA license or willingness to get one fast

  • Background in finance, tax or legal
